What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a software vendor. We cannot access, recover or reset anyone's account, we cannot help with a forgotten master password, and we cannot handle billing, subscription changes or refunds for any third-party application featured on this site. Those requests must go to that vendor's own support desk. Please never send us passwords, recovery codes or other credentials — we do not want them and cannot act on them.
Response times
We are a small team and we do not operate a call centre. The telephone number above reaches the company during Portuguese business hours; outside those hours, email will always be faster. Privacy requests are handled in the order received and within the timeframes set out in our Privacy Policy.
